This welcome email successfully establishes Tatcha's 'quiet luxury' aesthetic with serene imagery, ample whitespace, and elegant typography. The progression from brand introduction to product discovery is logical and visually appealing. However, the email's conversion potential is hindered by two significant flaws: the strongest acquisition hook (20% off) is buried in italicized body copy, and the email splits its primary conversion focus by routing the final prominent button to a completely different destination than the preceding ones. Fixing the CTA alignment and elevating the offer visibility will easily push this into high-performing territory.
